We do not gather talent in a large bucket and “sell it to the highest bidder”. We work with people on an individual basis and assist in development and match the needs of the company with the needs of the individual. We provide shared resources for companies that cannot afford a full-time resource, but still needs to grow by training and developing talent that is in school or in the process of growing and giving them hands-on experience.
Our primary business is built on a personal 1-on-1 relationships and building strong communities to share knowledge. Building on the concept that everyone can share, we will provide a community of professionals to drink the Kool-Aid of shared knowledge and people development, where they can be free to take in knowledge and interact. They can share ideas, resources and find talent.
