We used to offer a 24X7 Helpdesk. However, we learned that people don't like calling the helpdesk! They just want help when they need it. Fair! Helpdesks are expensive! Even when overseas. If you want a Helpdesk, we can get you a Helpdesk. However, its no longer our major focus.
